Refractive Index Detector for HPLC

SAFEbiosense LLC has been working on the new application of patented TIR Photonic Crystal Biosensor as a refractive index (RI) detector for HPLC applications. Unlike conventional flow-cell based RI detector, TIR PC biosensor maintains similar high sensitivity, while having a wide range of RI detection. Wide dynamic range will make possible to perform gradient separations during the HPLC process. More details will be released soon.
